Sometimes what I see is something medical worth investigating. Sometimes it’s developmental and will pass. Sometimes it’s just a baby being a baby — and what you actually need is someone to tell you that out loud.

Whatever it is, you’ll leave with clarity and a plan.

Are you interested in learning more about age-appropriate sleep? Do you want to know WHY your child is waking at night and discuss a strategy for reducing the night waking WITHOUT ANY SLEEP TRAINING? This hourly call is geared towards families who want to understand what ‘normal’ infant sleep looks like and how they can best support their child through these stages. We understand that your family is unique and that no two families have the same goals. We encourage you to keep the pieces of your sleep routines that you love, and support you to make changes to the pieces that are not working. We will always support bed-sharing and breastfeeding.

Following this hourly call with your coach, you will also be provided with a supplemental course and possibly
additional reading that your coach feels will best support your unique family.

Please note that coaches may be located anywhere in the world but all coaches work online and can accommodate different time zones. Once you purchase you will receive an email asking you to share more about your current sleep challenges so that Isla-Grace can match you with the best coach to suit your needs
