HOURLY CONSULTATION WITH A CERTIFIED BABY-LED SLEEP AND WELL-BEING SPECIALIST
$250 USD + HST
Ages 0-7 YEARS
Are you interested in learning more about age-appropriate sleep? Do you want to know WHY your child is waking at night and discuss a strategy for reducing the night waking WITHOUT ANY SLEEP TRAINING? This hourly call is geared towards families who want to understand what ‘normal’ infant sleep looks like and how they can best support their child through these stages. We understand that your family is unique and that no two families have the same goals. We encourage you to keep the pieces of your sleep routines that you love, and support you to make changes to the pieces that are not working. We will always support bed-sharing and breastfeeding.
Following this hourly call with your coach, you will also be provided with a supplemental course and possibly
additional reading that your coach feels will best support your unique family.
Please note that coaches may be located anywhere in the world but all coaches work online and can accommodate different time zones.
Included in your package:
- An intake form and intake analysis
- A one-hour coaching call with a Certified Sleep and Well-Being Specialist
- An Isla-Grace Sleep Course (valued between 50-150 USD)
Important note- Once you choose your coach, you will be subject to their individual policies. If you wish to book more time with them you will need to connect with them directly.
