Jen is a pediatric occupational therapist, twin mom, NICU mom, micropreemie mom, mom of a highly sensitive preschooler, and was a member of the “three children under two years old club” for ten days (before she graduated to the “three children under three years old club”). Crossing the threshold from healthcare “provider” to “patient” has given her perspective, empathy and appreciation for all parents, however they come to their parenting journey. Occupational Therapists (OTs) define “occupations” as the daily activities & routines that give our life meaning. Sleep is such an important piece of the puzzle when it comes to engaging in meaningful activities wholeheartedly. Jennifer is passionate about supporting parents to get more sleep without sleep training, and also empowering caregiver confidence & connection in their every day life and daily routines. She is so excited to bring Baby-Led Sleep and Wellbeing to her practice to support parents holistically and through a developmental attachment lens for such an extremely important occupation for children (and parents!), sleep.
