I’m Inga, a Baby-Led Sleep and Well-Being Specialist and mom of one. As a first time mom I understand the vulnerability, the overwhelm and the often contradictory advice that comes with being a new mom, especially when it comes to sleep. Much of the advice I received was going against my natural instincts, which led to a desire to gain a better understanding of infant and toddler sleep and a career change. I aspire to help families thrive by offering reassurance and instilling confidence to trust their natural instincts and to follow their babies cues. I understand that sleep is complex. When supporting families with sleep, it is my goal to consider and address all the the factors that may affect their little ones sleep and to understand and support the unique circumstances and goals of each family to help them make lasting improvements and develop healthy age appropriate sleep habits. A few fun facts about me: I was born and raised in Germany and currently live in Canada. I have a Master’s Degree in Linguistics and Political Science. I love the outdoors and I’m passionate about running, biking and learning.
Inga speaks German fluently.
