Hi, my names Kristian and im a mother to a wild-spirited 3 year old boy, a cool and calm 7 month old baby girl and step mamma to a 6 year old sweetheart. I have a huge passion for empowering mothers to follow their maternal instincts and find the courage to do what feels right in their own hearts and homes, regardless of what society or a book says to do. I am deeply rooted in attachment based parenting and have an innate interest in how attachment blooms healthy relationships and independence between a caregiver and their child and how it supports well-being for the whole family and normal infant sleep.
