Elizabeth Brumley is an educator, artist, and parent. Her work centers relationship as critical to well-being. As a Baby-Led Sleep and Well-Being Specialist, Elizabeth is thrilled to support families with wholistic sleep practices that honor human biological and physiological development, as well as emphasizing the importance of the parent-child relationship. Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health. Her clinical and consultation experience focused on early childhood, including supporting parents and caregivers as foundational to their small human’s wellness. Elizabeth is passionate about growing community and revillaging. She has worked with tiny humans of all ages and their families, supporting personal growth and community through movement arts practices. She is a Fulbright Fellow and has been a registered yoga teacher for over a decade, and is a certified prenatal / postnatal coach.
