After the birth of my son in February 2020, I entered motherhood as the world entered a pandemic. At a time where I needed a village the most, I found myself alone, searching for answers that every new mom asks. Taking the time to observe and engage with my baby changed my world, and having the tools from being a Baby-Led Sleep and Well Being Specialist helped in so many ways, much more than just sleep. I have been working with children and families for 15 years through day camps, community recreation, physical literacy, early education, and speech language therapy. Alongside my husband, I have spent a lot of time learning about Mental Health and how to support families through the postpartum period and beyond. I am currently working on completing my lactation educators certificate and am always looking for ways to provide support to the whole family. I love spending time in the mountains, and am a huge advocate for getting children outside. A phrase I live by is, “there is no such thing as bad weather, only poor clothing choices.” I look forward to working with you, celebrating you, and encouraging you as we work through changes together.
